    Invite a Friend Competition
    1. Only successful referrals are eligible for this competition.
    2. The Prize will be given to the top three customers with a minimum of 12 conversions.
    3. There will be no lucky draw or random selection as top three contestants will receive special prizes, as mentioned in Section 4 below.
    4. Prizes
      • First Winner - iPhone 15 - 128 GB
      • Second Winner - Apple Watch Series 9 – Cellular + GPS
      • Third Winner- AirPods Pro
    5. These prizes are in addition to credits that customers would receive for each set of three successful conversions as mentioned in sections 4, 5 and 6 of General Terms and Conditions.
    6. Successful conversion means a converted customer who fulfils criteria as mentioned in section 6 of General Terms and Conditions.
    7. It is mandatory to have at least 12 successful conversions to be eligible for above prizes.
    8. If there is a tie for any position to arrive at top 3 three contestants, then the winner will be selected based on the following criteria.
    9. The customer with the most number of invites, though may not be fulfilling criteria of successful transaction, will be selected as the winner
    10. In case of the same number of invites, the winner will be selected through referred customers transactions. Customers whose referred customers have most numbers of paid transactions will be announced as Winner.
    11. In case, above two criteria also result into same tie then amount of paid transactions would be considered for selecting winner.
    12. This is a monthly competition, and winner will be announced for each month. At the start of every month, the table will reset to zero, and last month’s referrals will not be included in the next month.
    13. Date and month of sign-up of referred customers will be considered as referral months for this competition.
    14. The winner of the previous months will be eligible to participate and can earn the prize in following month as well.

    1. All users who signup through referral link and send money to Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, India, the Philippines, and Nepal from all the sending countries will be eligible for participation in this offer campaign.

    9. If your Referral was also referred by another user, you will earn a reward only if the Referral registers with your referral link. If your Referral uses another user's referral link to sign up, you will not receive the reward.
    10. The amount earned by a customer under this referral program will be credited to the customer’s available credit in ‘My Rewards option’, for both, Mobile App and Web portal
    11. Customer can redeem available credits while creating transactions with ACE Money Transfer
    12. Customer will be able to pay a maximum of 50% of their transaction amount from available credits in one transaction.
    13. If the transaction, created by using credit, gets failed or cancelled, ACE will reverse the credit to your available credits.
    14. Credits and reward earned under this program will be customer specific and the customer will not be able to transfer, exchange, encash, return or otherwise refund credit for own self or with other ACE Money Transfer customers
    15. Use of ACE ‘Invite a Friend’ Request shall amount to the acceptance of the FAQ’s and Terms and Conditions in force at that time.
    16. Terms and Conditions as well as the Promotion FAQs are intended to be legally binding
    17. ACE Money Transfer may ask you and your friend for any additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to fulfil ACE’s KYC responsibilities for fraud prevention and/or its obligations under AML and CFT.
    18. You may not be able to use the Services, or some features of the Services if you are located in certain regions, countries, or jurisdictions.
    19. You are responsible for any personal tax as a consequence of rewards earned from this promotion and ACE accepts no liability.
    20. ACE may reject or cancel any invite a friend request or subsequent reward for any discrepancy found in the request or if we find that the feature has been misused in any way, like appended examples:
      • Referring people in the same household as you
      • Non-compliance with applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction
      • The making of non-genuine payments
      • Inviting existing ACE registered customers; and
      • Creating multiple or non-genuine accounts
    21. We may revise the FAQs and Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion if needed.
    22. ACE reserves the right to cancel or suspend this promotion at any time.
    23. Rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a Reward for investigation or for any other reason it deems appropriate. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Company’s Privacy Policy, or believes will impose potential liability on Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of the Company's decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, Credit or Reward is verified.
